Kev’s Pest Control is a local family business based in Dudley Park, Mandurah. Owned and operated by Kevin and Roxanne Hoebergen.
Our company aims to be Mandurah’s most comprehensive and respected pest control firm.
With extensive training & technical knowledge in the pest control industry, we add local knowledge to an area usually dominated by
large Australia wide companies. This allows us to offer unrivalled local advice to help solve all your pest problems. We follow sound
environmental principles when treating pests and have a wide range of products and treatments to suit every problem.

whose goal is to provide a quality service for a fair price. Based on my experience so far with Kevin, I’m confident this describes
him and his business.
He could have charged me a call-out fee, but instead was happy to help me try to troubleshoot my issue immediately, for free,
and over the phone. Although we think we resolved the issue, he still offered to come by (at no charge) to confirm our
assessment.
Kevin does this job because he takes pride in helping his clients protect their homes and achieve the best outcomes—not for the
money. In my case, he might not make any money from helping me in this instance, but he surely will have my business and my
recommendations moving forward.

Is the business prepared to provide information regarding prevention of future pest problems? - Yes, of course. We will talk to you after
treatment and give you some advice on preventing further outbreaks or options for repeat treatments. We also offer an Annual
Maintenance Package to make sure treatments are renewed and effective.

Talk to friends, family or neighbours who may be able to recommend a pest management business. We come highly recommended,

Check that the person selling you a contract is licensed and that the person who will be applying the pesticide holds a valid licence
and is authorised to do the job. Confirm these details when they arrive by checking their licence endorsements and expiry date. Check
that timber pest inspections are carried out to an Australian Standard, e.g. AS4349.3-1998. Note: This is not a Department of Health
requirement. We are fully licenced and qualified under all the relevant Western Australian Regulations and have a current Police
Clearance. We can show you our licence when we arrive.
